Libby Gill began her corporate career as an assistant in the PR department of a television company founded by the legendary Norman Lear. Through five years of mergers with Columbia, Coca-Cola, and Sony, she emerged as head of media relations for Sony’s Worldwide Television Group before moving on to lead communications at  Turner Broadcasting and Universal. Her final entertainment project before founding her own business was the launch of the Dr. Phil Show brand.

Now, as a 20-year executive coach, leadership expert, and award-winning author, Libby guides individuals and organizations through change and challenge, helping them to inspire purpose and drive performance. Her clients include Bank of America, Disney, Ernst & Young, Genentech, Honda, Intel, Marriott, Microsoft, Viacom, Wells Fargo, and many more. She has been featured on the CBS Early Show, CNN, NPR the Today Show and in the New York Times, Time Magazine, and the Wall Street Journal. The author of five books including the award-winning You Unstuck, Libby’s latest book is The Hope-Driven Leader: Harness the Power of Positivity.
